Returns and Exchanges
Any customer who receives a defective product must email our sales team within 72 hours of receiving their package & provide photo references/evidence of the defect. Our sales team will analyze the situation and get back to you shortly. In the case that your complaint has been justified, RAWYLTY will offer store credit out of good faith given that the customer returns the defective product.

In order to exchange a defective piece, you must meet the following requirements:
The exchange must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
No damage or stains on the products
Product remains unworn, unused and unwashed
All Product tags present
All original tags attached
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or perform exchanges for intimate wear/bodywears nor socks.
All of our RAWYLTY orders undergo a quality control process before they are dispatched and sent out for delivery. Therefore, RAWYLTY holds no liability to any products or goods after delivery has been sent out.
Once RAWYLTY products have been worn, used or washed, customers understand that the product is not longer eligible for returns. RAWYLTY reserves the right to refuse exchanges that show any signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
RAWYLTY does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
Refunds
All SALES are final, we do not issue refunds. Store credit will be issued in a Gift Card or personalised code which can be used at checkout.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
RAWYLTY reserves all rights to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not uphold our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
EXTRA CHARGES SHIPPING TO INDIA
You'll be contacted by email or phone to provide a form of ID (Pancard, Adhaar or Passport number) prior to the parcel leaving Hong Kong.
How much will I be charged?
RAWYLTY has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. RAWYLTY is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of these charges.
If you're placing an order for delivery to India using our Standard Delivery service, you'll be notified of any customs charges once our carrier in India has received your parcel. They will notify you of the charges once your parcel has been shipped to India
